Refund policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: 

  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping + 10% restocking fee on all refunds

If you received a damaged item please notify me as soon as possible to organize an exchange or replacement of your item.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WHEN:
  • It was custom made
  • It was a sale item
  • It has been returned out of timeframe stated above
  • It has not been returned in its original condition:
  • It has been worn
  • It has been scratched or damaged
  • It is not returned in its original packaging
