Refund policy
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
- Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping + 10% restocking fee on all refunds
If you received a damaged item please notify me as soon as possible to organize an exchange or replacement of your item.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WHEN:
- It was custom made
- It was a sale item
- It has been returned out of timeframe stated above
- It has not been returned in its original condition:
- It has been worn
- It has been scratched or damaged
- It is not returned in its original packaging
